There are only a few hours left - World Cup is starting tomorrow in Munich !

 Former World Cup-winning Argentina striker Leopolde Luque was the one to propose this, and the proposition was approved by the FIFA congress held today with enthusiastic applauses.

Names with great meaning for football fans were mentioned : Ron Greenwood, Johnny Haynes and Peter Osgood from England, George Best from Northern Ireland, Jimmy Johnstone from Scotland, and Tele Santana from Brazil.
